Freelance Graphic Design Job Search – 2018 The top graphic design jobs are being filled by the creative professionals of the future, according to the Graphic Design Jobs in 2017 report released today.
This year saw a huge surge in job postings from the freelancers, creatives and creative-types, with the average salary rising to a whopping £9.49 an hour in the first quarter of 2017.
The most sought after graphic design positions have been created for graphic designers and designers from the UK, Germany and Australia.
The UK-based firm CreativeMarkets UK said that the biggest surge in freelancers job posting this year was in London.
Freelancers are looking to get in the game to get their logo on billboards, posters, magazines and even in your own home.

The report states that freelancers are earning an average of £8 an hour from their graphic design work, which is up 15 per cent on the year before.
The graphic design industry has seen a huge spike in the number of people applying for jobs, with more than 12 million applications for graphic and design roles in 2017.
There were a record-breaking 16 million freelancers applying for graphic jobs in 2017, which was up from 8.6 million applications in 2016.
The number of freelancers in the industry grew by 12 per cent last year, up from 6.2 million in 2017 and 3.3 million in 2016, according the report.
According to CreativeMarkETs UK, freelance graphic designers have made an average salary of £7.25 an hour, with a further increase of £2.35 an hour for graphic artists and £2 an hour (for designers) for designers.
This is a significant increase in salaries compared to previous years and the latest data shows that freelancing is also growing at an annual rate of 10 per cent.
